Available Space and Building Sites

Several real estate opportunities are available to meet the needs of any size company, from start-ups to well-established corporations looking to house primary or satellite offices in the Auburn Research Park. Options include office and laboratory space leases, build-to-suit, multi-tenant spaces, and ground leases. Phase I has sites for 8 buildings with ample parking. 

Multi-Tenant Facility  

Construction of Building #1 was completed in September, 2008. It is a 43,793 square foot building build as a core and shell. It is a multi-tenant facility with private sector and university tenants.

Charter tenants in Building #1 have the opportunity to design space to suit their needs. Allowance for tenant improvement will be provided. The first two floors have been built out and are leased. The third floor will be built out by the summer of 2010 and space will be available at competitive rental rates.

Single-Use Buildings 

Businesses may elect to build their own facility within the Research Park.  Lots in Phase I are available for lease and range in size from about 2.2 acres to 6.2 acres.  Land leases can be negotiated at competitive rates.
