Several real estate opportunities are available to meet the needs of most companies, from start-ups to well-established corporations looking to house primary or satellite offices in the Auburn Research Park. Options include office leases, build-to -suit, multi-tenant spaces, and ground leases. Phase 1 has sites for 5-6 buildings with ample parking.

Land Leases

Businesses may elect to build their own facility within the Research Park. Lots in Phase 1 are available for lease. Land leases can be negotiated at competitive rates.
